Job Purpose
To conduct external audit of our clients' financial statements by understanding the client's business, risks, internal controls and assess the risk of material misstatement of the financial statements so that we design effective audit procedures to give our audit opinion.  These services may be through global or remote platforms.

The Key Job responsibilities include the following:

• Develop an understanding of the organization’s audit approach, methodology & tools
  • Execute components of audit through remote platform in an effective and efficient manner.
  • To perform audit steps, supervise field audit engagements, assist in designing the approach to audits, supervise staff, oversee the completion of clients' annual reports and interact with clients to discuss field audit issues.
  • Developing and cultivating good relationships with US audit team in order to identify remote execution opportunities.
  • Assistance in setting up the remote execution and delivery mechanism
  • Demonstrate ability to identify all significant accounting, auditing, and internal control issues during the audit.
  • Ensure that audit documentation is in compliance with Quality Control standards of the firm.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for extended services
  • Lead a two/three member team
  • Provide on the job mentoring and supervision of analysts and associate analysts
  • Research basic accounting and auditing issues and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, SEC and PCAOB requirements.
  • Develop working knowledge of current events and issues in the particular industry including accounting, mergers and acquisitions,
  legal matters, executive changes and trends

Professional Qualification: CA
