Skills:
- Strong Instructional Design skills, knowledge of Courseware Development Life Cycle (CDLC)
- Experience in managing team of Instructional Designers
- Expertise in creating Instructional Design models and solutions
- Strong communication and written English skills, Strong analysis and visualization skills, Good team management skills, Strong mentoring skills, Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
- The person needs to have excellent attitude towards work, should be capable of coming up with innovative ideas in developing content
- Experience in providing Instructional Design consulting and experience in working across geography will be an added advantage
Job Profile -
The person will be typically involved in managing a team of Instructional Designers. The person will be responsible for Skill development, Quality Management, Resource Management and optimal resource utilization, Productivity Enhancement, Coming up with new and innovative solutions, and assist in Effort Estimation and Solution Approach for RFPs and RFIs. The person will take complete ownership for the quality of all content developed by the team of Instructional Designers and Content Developers. The person should also mentor the Instructional Designers and Content Developers in delivering best of breed learning solutions.
10% of the overall time will be spent on Research and New Solutions
Educational Background - Should have scored first class in any graduation. Graduation in B.A English, Mass Communication, or Journalism will be an advantage.
