Job Description
- Advanced/expert level JavaScript and XML (AJAX) coding skills.
- 3+ years of web development/engineering experience in a large web environment, with at least 2 years of that time implementing a consumer facing interface.
- 5+ years overall web development experience.
- Solid HTML, DHTML, jQuery, YUI and CSS skills
- Hands on experience with Object Oriented Design
- Solid experience optimizing for performance
- Strong cross-browser / cross-platform user interface compatibility development experience
- Proficiency with Photoshop and/or Fireworks
- Proficiency with LINUX/UNIX using Secure Shell (SSH)
- The ability to work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment that values a passionate, responsible and ethically driven spirit.
...and in a perfect situation it would be nice (not required) if our ideal candidate also had:
- Hands on experienced with HTML5
- Success within Agile environment
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience
