Role and Responsibility
1.To manage 10 members team and run the Global Build and release team
2.Should be Hands-on scripting and build tools and SCM
3.Keep a tab on 20 different task at any point of time. Work on multiple projects at once
4. Engage with all product owners to keep a watch on what is coming and plan for them proactively
5.Help, mentor and guide the team on technical and soft skill
Demonstrated Experience
1.Must have minimum 12 yrs of exp in Build and release management
2.Must have had run a 10 members of Build engineering team MNC
3.Must have had USA experiance
4.With Good presentation and inter personal skill
5. Should have strong Project management experiance to run multiple projects at times
6. Should have used Hudson or similar kind of tool for Build automation
7. Should have used any SCM like perforc
